WHAT IS CBD?
CBD (cannabidiol) is one compound found in the Cannabis plant (Hemp) that is non-psychoactive. Our lab certified Hemp(Cannabis) contains less than .3 percent of the compound called THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the psychoactive ingredient that produces a high. The usual form this product is sold in is an oil.
WHY WOULD I USE CBD?
Studies have shown that CBD may help reduce chronic pain by affecting endocannabinoid receptor activity, reducing inflammation, and interacting with neurotransmitters. CBD oil has also shown promise as a treatment for some mental health disorders, such as anxiety, making this natural approach interesting to those that have these disorders. Some studies suggest that CBD might help improve sleep in people with certain sleep disorders, though more research is needed.
WHAT IS "FULL SPECTRUM" MEAN?
Full spectrum CBD contains all cannabinoids(compounds) that work within your body’s endocannabinoid system.
Full spectrum means “whole plant” oil which gives you all the goodness that comes from the hemp plant that is grown right here in our own state. You will get all the terpenes, vitamins, proteins, fatty acids, as well as a small amount of THC and other naturally occurring elements provided by mother nature.
Here in our Singing Kitchen we only make “whole plant CBD” or “Full Spectrum” as we firmly believe in not overcooking our vegetables or doing “the low and slow method” yielding best nutritional value and freshest taste!
Broad Spectrum and Isolates require high temperatures and factional distillation processes, cooking off your vitamins (we don’t do that).

IS CBD LEGAL IN WISCONSIN?
YES. Hemp-derived CBD products (with less than 0.3% THC) are legal in WI. Green Singing Spoon has been licensed every year since we started until the state no longer required processors to be licensed (2022). We are more than willing to answer any questions you have regarding legality as we take pride in being 100% transparent with our customers.
